Report revenue paid elsewhere
Revenue AlphaCount does not book itself — paid outside its invoices and outside a connected Stripe account. Idempotent by (source, external_ref): a repeat answers 200 with the first event. Do not report revenue AlphaCount sees already; it would count twice. A refund is a negative event with reverses_ref. Scope partner:revenue:write.
